studio BE has been developed for businesses and teams of all sizes with the first preventative care solution with live expert support teachers to support people’s whole health well-being.  We team up with global experts in the fields of mindfulness, MBSR, embodied movement practices, psychology, conscious communications and so much more…  Our technology and resources work together to provide a custom and private solution for every community we serve while each individual within that community also enjoys a private and secure experience to cultivate a self care experience that is meaningful, relevant and personalized.  The majority of our on-demand content is delivered in micro-practices that can easily be incorporated into a busy workday and a robust weekly calendar of live classes serves your team with resources that matter.  Longer and more restorative practices help folks move, breath, rest and sleep after working hours so they can learn how to support their own internal needs in any given moment. 

Can I use studio BE on my phone?

Absolutely!  Our enterprise SAAS platform has been optimized for use on any mobile device and can easily be added to your home screen for quick and easy access.  We are also in the process of developing our mobile native app which is targeted for a 2023 release.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes!  With just 30 days notice, you can easily move into a plan that fits your budget and goals.

How quickly can my team be up and running?

We onboard twice monthly (1st and 15th of the month).  Our small and mid-sized clients are usually up and running within two weeks.  Larger clients with more custom needs can be up and running in 30-60 days depending on complexity of digital solution.

Can I change my plan later?
